Dr. Wheat is the senior pastor of Highlands Presbyterian Church in Ridgeland, MS. He previously served as senior pastor of Village Seven Presbyterian Church in Colorado Springs, CO, and as founding pastor of Trinity Presbyterian Church in Tuscaloosa, AL. He has many years of pastoral experience and is committed to articulating and developing a biblical theology and philosophy of ministry for pastors and churches. Dr. Wheat is a teacher on the faculty of Embers to a Flame, and serves on the board of Churches Vitalized.
