Thomas M. Graham, Ph.D.

Adjunct Professor of Leadership

Dr. Graham is a management consultant, specializing in human resource development, personnel assessment, leadership training and team building. He has had extensive experience in higher education, business, and governmental agencies and with evangelical organizations in the United States and in the Third World. He is emeritus professor at California State University, Los Angeles, CA, where he served as Dean and faculty member for thirty-four years. For several years he was actively involved in selecting and training Peace Corps Volunteers. Dr. Graham has been President of the Center for Organizational and Ministry Development since 1983. He has conducted over one hundred assessment centers involving more than two thousand church planting candidates for denominational and mission organizations. Furthermore, he has assisted mission agencies with organizational development, team building, leadership training and conflict resolution.
