Master of Arts in Christian Ministry
The Master of Arts in Christian Ministry is a professional degree program designed for individuals entering ministry-related professions that do not require a Master of Divinity degree. The program covers the same general subject areas as the M.Div. but does not include the study of the biblical languages. The program requires the completion of twenty-four courses (48 units). In addition to the twenty required courses (40 units), four elective courses (8 units) are also required.
New Geneva Theological Seminary is a religious institution exempt from state regulation and oversight in the Commonwealth of Virginia. In the state of Virginia the Master of Arts in Christian Ministry degree is referred to as the Master of Christian Ministry.
