Bob Rumbaugh is a graduate of New Geneva Theological Seminary. For the past 15 years he has served as ruling elder of New Life in Christ Church in Fredericksburg, VA. He leads youth ministry and care groups, and teaches Sunday School classes and leadership development. Bob is also a Systems Engineer for the United States Navy working in Washington DC. He and his wife Dayra have been married since 1989 and have 2 children.
