Lead with integrity, serve with purpose.

This course provides a comprehensive survey of the biblical principles and diverse styles of leadership that are required for one to be effective in ministry.

Under the instruction of Dr. Richard Wolfe, students will move beyond surface-level management to explore the heart of leadership (particularly in ministry settings)

Core Course Objectives

  • Consider the practical "doing" of leadership, including short and long-range planning, program development, and budgeting.

  • Study the life of Jesus as the ultimate model, learning to prioritize the needs of the flock over personal position or power.

  • Understand how to move a specific group of God's people toward His purposes through credibility and biblical conviction.

"Christian leaders are servants with the credibility and capabilities to influence people in a particular context to pursue their God-given direction." — Dr. Richard Wolfe
