Toby B. Holt, D. Min

Dr. Toby B. Holt (D.Min, M.Div New Geneva Theological Seminary) is president of New Geneva. An experienced church planter, expository preacher, and pastor with ministry experience in Wyoming, Georgia, and Mississippi, Dr. Holt's verse-by-verse Bible teaching has been downloaded over 1.9 million times on SermonAudio — a reach that reflects audience trust and confidence built over 17 years of faithful exposition. Prior to becoming New Geneva's third president, Dr. Holt served as a member of the board.

Mark House, Ph.D.

Before coming to New Geneva, Dr. House served as the academic editor for New Testament and Greek books for Hendrickson Publishers in Peabody, MA (a subsidiary of Christianbook.com), where he edited the Compact Greek-English Lexicon and the Analytical Lexicon of New Testament Greek. Dr. House has previously taught at Talbot School of Theology in La Mirada, CA, Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, CA, and Zaporozhye Bible College in Zaporozhye, Ukraine, and has a 25-year history of pastoral experience, having served two pastorates in the Presbyterian Church in America in Southern California.

President Emeritus

Dominic Aquila, D. Min

Dr. Aquila served as President of New Geneva for 24 years before becoming President Emeritus in 2025. In Reformed and Presbyterian circles, he is known as co-founder and Editor in Chief of The Aquila Report — the leading independent news and commentary outlet serving the conservative Presbyterian and Reformed world since 2008. He served as Moderator of the Presbyterian Church in America General Assembly in 2006 and as a longtime member of the PCA's Standing Judicial Commission. His pastoral ministry has spanned Virginia, California, Colorado, and Florida.
