D.Min., Covenant Theological Seminary; Ph.D., Whitefield Seminary Dr. Sterling is a retired Army chaplain who planted and served as pastor of Westminster Fellowship, Falcon, CO (now High Plains Fellowship [PCA]), from 2008-2013. He has also served as an interim pastor for churches in the Rocky Mountain Presbytery of the PCA and currently serves on the Presbytery’s Credentials committee.

Dr. Wolfe has been with Mission to the World (MTW) since 1992—first in the Philippines and now as the Regional Director for Central America and the Caribbean. Previously he had served at Tenth Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia, PA and Village Seven Presbyterian Church, Colorado Springs, CO, before joining MTW. Dr. Wolfe’s calling and ministry is to develop leaders through teaching and mentoring. He has written The Personal Development Guide as well as other leadership training materials and teaches on mentoring for MTW.

B.A., Central State University; M.Ed., University of Central Oklahoma; M.Div., D.Min. New Geneva Theological Seminary Dr. Leaf has been a Ruling Elder in Presbyterian Church in America for 20 years. He has 40 years of public school teaching experience, largely as a high school art teacher. Dr. Leaf has taught "The Goodness and Truth of Beauty" numerous times at New Geneva International Seminary Egypt, in various American Sunday school classes, and in Iraq.

B.S. in Computer Engineering, University of Central Florida, M.Div., New Geneva Theological Seminary Bob Rumbaugh is a Teaching Elder in the PCA serving as an Associate Pastor at New Life in Christ Church in Fredericksburg, Virginia. He leads the college ministry and teaches Sunday School classes. He retired in 2022 after 32 years of service as a Systems Engineer for the Department of the Navy. Bob and his wife Dayra have two adult children.

M.Div., New Geneva Theological Seminary; D.Min., Westminster Theological Seminary (in progress) Sean Whitenack is a graduate of New Geneva Theological Seminary and is currently working on his Doctor of Ministry at Westminster Theological Seminary. For the past ten years he has served as Associate Pastor of New Life in Christ Church in Fredericksburg, VA. Before his calling to ministry, he worked as a Senior Systems Engineer with Lockheed Martin for 8 years. A native of Colorado for over 30 years, he became a Christian while a college and served as a missionary in East Asia for a season. His passion for Christians to live in the power of their new life in Christ has given him the opportunity to speak at a number of retreats for young adults and men as well as serve as a lecturer with New Geneva Theological Seminary. He and his wife Julie have been married since 1996 and have 4 children.
